Booking & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs appointment requests, confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation between the client and FaceLove.

Appointment request

The booking screen shows published availability for the selected branch. Requests remain pending until the team confirms them.

To change an appointment, use the contact method in the confirmation message and include the booking reference and preferred alternative.

Send cancellation requests as early as possible. No cancellation fee or deposit applies unless it is clearly shown before confirmation.

Late arrival may require a shorter session or rescheduling depending on availability. The team will help determine the appropriate option.

If FaceLove cannot deliver the appointment, the team will offer an alternative or address any payment according to its method.

This wording should be reviewed by legal counsel before it is adopted as a final binding policy.
